A quick note on how this works.

Enter the email address and password that you log into RWOL with. You MUST have a RWOL account to use this site. If you do not, and do not want one, please email scottu@huenix.com for more information.

Once you enter that email and password, enter your RWOL username. The application will authenticate you against the Runnersworld SSO page using the email address and password provided. This will only be done once. From then on you can log into the miles log pages using your email or username and password and you will be authenticated locally.

Once you successfully create an account, simply login each week between Saturday and Tuesday, and enter your miles.
